Hi all!

I'm new to the board but have been an avid fisherman for years. I have been freshwater fishing for about 10 years and recently got involved with saltwater fishing, specifically surfcasting for stripers. I went to South Coast Beach in Mashpee last week but was skunked, along with everyone else on the beach. I plan on going to Nauset Beach in Orleans next weekend. I heard this was a hotspot lately. Anyone have any suggestions for hotspots on the cape?

You might run into Slipknot or that bum BM from that other board, I heard Slip has been converted from the ditch to taking it easy on the beach:p .

Welcome to the board Kippy. Ya the area of Chatham lighthouse has been good and should be picking up soon. The canal is starting to pick up. The outer beaches are a run and gun deal to find them, but have the right plug when you do. Good luck
