Its there ma'am, it has to be, when we put them there we make it so you guys cant move 'em or delete 'em. 6 minutes later....

I found the such and such icon! ( how it took you 6 minutes to scan through icons I dont know)

Thank goodness I'm on vacation....... this was just 12-15 minutes of a hour + long support call today
