704 drag question
 

I have an old 704 greenie that I use almost exclusivly for pluging.... today I got fed up with the old drag washers and just replaced them with new ones.

Heres the problem, as I test the drag out, on a loose drag, as I pull line out with my hand, the spool will turn (which is normal) but the problem is that the knob is turning too :smash: so as the knob turns the drag is being tightned:smash:

what did I do wrong?

after I took it apart for the 3rd time I realized I had the last two washers mixed up:huh:

now it works fine :happy:
