Help with a toooona chaaatta

I'll be on the Cape for the next couple of weeks. Can anyone suggest a boat for footballs that won't be a boat ride?

East of Chatham has a mountain of footballs and some big boys mixed in, a friend had his rig in less than 20 minutes today and took a 50" fish on a 30# stand up....
