radar issue

I have a Furuno Radar and recently I have noticed that the image is skewed about 30 degrees from what I am seeing. I have it in heads up mode. Has anyone else had this probelm?

Raider Ronnie's is off a bit, he told me he needs to "calibrate" it.

Could that be why?

The problem may be that the antener may have rotated...... take the cover off and see if things are loose!

If the antenna is O.K. you can adjust the display on most units.

Ya,
I also have a Furuno unit on my boat,
The unit was on my old boat and only 1 year old at the time,so I used it on my new boat. ( f--- 3a marine!!! I didn't leave a thing on my trade for them!!! )
But when I installed it on my new Parker last year I didn't adjust the heading and it's off a bit!
It's not a big deal to adjust , but you need to be in open water and get a fix on a target then calibrate it according to the manuals instructions.
I guess one of these days I'll get around to adjusting mine:smash: :smash: :smash:
