Rhody Surf
 

How's the water down there in Rhody today? Was out in a boat out off of Newport area yesterday and it wasn't too bad. Anyone know how it is today? Is the water clean? Would appreciate a report before I haul down there in a few hours.

As of an hour ago the surf was small to moderate and the water around the Drive was relatively clean out front - didn't see any activity tho -

I was out yesterday night into morning. Water was slightly cloudy, very little weeds, and great surf. Lots of bait around including some mullet....

Just got in.Light surf with plenty o' bait.Got 5 shorts.Not bad for a quick night.

Just got back in , the surf is perfect!! Water was very clear, with just a lil weed. Scored 9 fish up to 25lbs on eels and two in the teens on a Pt.jude butter fish dressed with a pork rind.
