North River Tuesday
 

Had to hang out the "GONE FISHIN" sign yesterday and hook up with an old high school buddy in the north river. Ran into nice fish outside the mouth for about 3 hours.

we fished close by that day and got nothin =]

I got a few that night, they were around 24inch, but they were something:laughs: We bumped into Riverrat2 that night, and he got a few too.

Can't catch all the fish all the time, and you gotta have bad nights to balance to good. If not there would be no fish left, I would have caught them all:D

What were you guys using? We were chunking and drifting some eels.......

That night we were fishing from shore using plugs. It was a few weeks back when the place was loaded up with rats, and lots of em.

On the boat I mostly chunk that area, or if I'm trolling I use tubes or umbrellas, or sometimes I like to get crazy and jig the beach.
