Yes it is a front to back split. Some people also call it a tri-level. It's in great condition.

I'll post a picture of Man-Town tonight when I get home from work. 2 Miles off of rt. 24, very close to Hanson's Farm on Rt. 104. Nice long driveway too, great for parking Limo's!!! :D
