What weights can it handle?

Yep what BM said is correct but unlike some of the other Lami's which are overrated, I believe this one will handle a bit more.......
I used it this past spring to lob live herring from the beach.
ALso threw 4 oz and a chunk of herring with it.
This rod has a parabolic action to it. You can really lay into it when throwing an eel without the fear of casting it off the hook.

and if anyone wants to purchase it on Saturday at the BBQ I may be persueded to take a bit less............:rolleyes:
