I just busted a guy doing domething illegally at Marina Bay today. I was taking pictures of them smelting for my Photography 101 assignment. There is a guy who has a bucket of tom cods, smelts, and three winter flounder offsprings that are three inches. I told him that it's illegal to keep a small one and it has to be a 12 inches or above. He released it one, but not other twos... He told me that he was going to put them into his aquarium and I know that he was lying to me. I told him that help yourself out, but EPA isnt going to like it. I didn't want to cause an alceration with him. I should have taken two more of them back into water. Damn it...:(

you did the right thing Joe....let the authorities take care of it....ya never know who your dealing with

thanks, guys, i have done something right. i told my mom about it. she almost panicked because she thought that i had a confrontation with them. but she was relieved. anyway, those people should have known better about protecting and balancing the ecosystem and the nature.
