Wanna know a cool trick? On the New Moon check the tide time. It'll always be the same at that spot. Same with full and quarters. You will never need a chart again.

High will be within a few minutes of midnight at both on the date of the new moon. Add +/- 40 minutes per day following, subtract that period each day before, and you'll be close enough.
