World Series opponent?
 

Didn't want to post this till it was official (didn't want another painting on the field jinx :eek: ) but who do you want the Sox to face, Houston or St Louis?

In all seriousness, having watched most of the NL series---I think the Cards would be an easier opponent. Plus, I've never been all that impressed with LaRussa as a manager. I think he's probably the most overrated one in my memory.

The Astros have a hell of a closer in Lidge, too. His splitter is downright nasty.

since we're cleaning cleaning house.. i think we owe the cards for a couple.

i think it would be cool if we played against rger.. cause last year we lost against him now we beat him at the game.. :D
