anyone have a clue on the best way to cook a slab of mako, ran a search but no luck. looking for something easy to prepare and what to serve with it.

Sear it with a blackening seasoning, leave the inside moist and a bit raw... it will melt in your mouth

too funny, never came to mind that maco joe could be seared in a pan.:D cooked my real steak last nite, seared in a pan with some emerls bam. very tasty never ate shark before tastes better than swordfish. mmmmmmmmmm
