14 1/2" long....6.40 0z's.....going to need my stand-up tuna gear for this one. |
Hmmmm.... :claps:
Bet one of them 10 footers you built me would handle that, just fine :D |
Nice needle, I thought ya told me no treble on the back... Guess it would help with hookin seals though:D
I wanted it to bite back:D
Nice plug! What airport do you check with before you cast it?:D
nice EYES
Nice CS, 6.40 oz gotta be close to a record!:D
another 2 oz. and it's a cod jig.:)
may be that is what Winchmaster needs when sealing. Might work better than live lining a bluefish :smash: :D
Jigman |
I love going on here and seeing such craftsmanship, thanks CS:kewl:
There's chili and soda all over my monitor. I cant login from the w place anymo....:laughs:
CS very nice, I know just where and when to put that to good use! If its not a trade secret, can you tell me where you weighted that beast? I've done a # that size myself and found a certain style of placing lead worked best. Also is she thruwired? I cant be sure from photo.
thought I replyed here:smash:
nice colors CS and the lure looks real nice |
drilled through an through on the mini lathe..the bit was :smokin: only cause those foot long bits only have 2" of cutting twist to them......all I can say about the lead is that it;s foward and aft.....abit more aft so it doesn't tumble when thrown an sinks tail first.
Nice Lets see if Slip can trow it across the canal.:D
I think  I know where that ones going, and it isn't the canal ;) looks like a backside special for somebody ;)
dang....your dangerous:hidin:
Thanks CS, I've built them slightly differently. I epoxy front and tail loops and pin the swivels. This way I can concentrate the weight through the plug without hitting the thru wire. Especially right between the eyes:rolleyes: They just luv that real rough water. Have you tried them with 5/0 VMC's yet?
