Why no WEEI radio braoscast in RI??
 

So I turn the radio on at work tonight to listen to the WEEI red sox broadcast with Joe and Jerry on AM 630 WPRO in providence. To my surprise WPRO is not carring Joe and Jerry but the ESPN broadcast instead with Joe Morgan the other dude who i forget right now.:af: Why the hell is this being broadcast?? So we get no local TV announcers and now for the WS they Sh@* can the WEEI feed. This is total crap....Who can i call and bitch too about this???:af: :af:

Maybe the world series broadcast rights are owned by the major networks other than the local network - sucks,,,

on EEI last night they were talking about it.
how they get tons of calls when non-locals do the broadcast
you should have been listening an hour or two pre-game to get the explanation... wish I could remember it....
something to do with where the games are and that they are series games or something.
