the worst part is that noonw will pay the actual rate for true support. they bitch and moan about the crappy outsourced support but just try to get anyone to pay techie hourly rate and they whine and complain that it is tooooo much.

I had to call some Satelite Internet Support once for a client.

The guy answered the phone in a heavy Indian accent "Hello this is Saloud, you can call me Jack."

Me trying not to laugh hysterically
