RIJIMMY 11-01-2004 11:29 AM

Congrats Chef, how did you fish the dead eels?

CowHunter 11-01-2004 11:34 AM

Great Job!

cheferson 11-01-2004 11:47 AM

I fish the dead eels the same way as a live one. The eel was massive , fat as a half dollar and probally 20 inches

RIJIMMY 11-01-2004 11:53 AM

Thanks chef, never tried that,

cheferson 11-01-2004 11:57 AM

Definetly keep your dead ones, just put them in the freezer till you need them. Just make sure to stretch them first, so they wiggle. Ive gotten tons of nice fish this season on dead eels.

Yeah, its just blood from laying on one side in the cooler overnight.I also have to thank Joe , for the advice about easing my drag up a bit after losing two nice fish last week.
