Geez win one WS and yall think your the straw that stirs the drink. Call me back when the Red Sox have won 26 then we will talk. Let's see they are 20 behind, have won 1 in the past 86 years so it should be the year 3724 before you come lookin for me and that would be assuming the Yankees wont win for the next 1720 years.:laughs:

I think its being the first team in baseball history to win 4 straight (well 8, but who's counting :D ) that makes us the straw that stirs the drink.

While you're in auto correct mode there Mr. Wizard, it's Bloomberg.

I'm sure that's not much of an issue in wherever the f you're from in New Jersey. Again, you must be a big hit around the dorm in BU.

I LOVE that quote!! Here's some simple math.....how many times did the Red Sox win the world series in my grandfathers lifetime (He was 90) and how many did the YANKEES win in MY lifetime (30)? Pretty easy to see who's the team!

fishsmith 11-06-2004 05:14 PM

All you non Red Sox fans will never know how good this World Championship feels, and that makes the feeling even better.

Go Red Sox

28inches 11-07-2004 01:14 PM

Non Red Sox will never know why a guy would take the time and trouble to write up a form like that. :gf:

The inferiority complex should be gone by now.

Yankee humor

Johnny was in his 4th grade class when the teacher asked the children what their fathers did for a living. All the typical answers came up: fireman, policeman, salesman, etc...

Johnny was being quiet so the teacher asked him about his father. "My father's an exotic dancer in a gay cabaret and takes off all his clothes in front of other men. Sometimes, if the offer's really good, he'll go out to the alley with some guy and make love with him for money."

The teacher, obviously shaken by this statement, sent the other children to work on some coloring, and took Little Johnny aside to ask him, "Is that really true about your father?"

"No," said Johnny, "He plays for the Yankees, but I was too embarrassed to say so.

The Dad Fisherman 11-09-2004 07:59 AM

Codfather4 11-09-2004 12:13 PM
