Mike

Its just telling you the stats on your site. They may be referring to bandwith used in kilobytes?

Look at the side of the graph.

Light blue is how many pages have been served. Files is how many files have been downloaded or served. And green shows how many times your page has been visited, some users may have visited it more than once.

And you'll see underneath for each month, so you're getting a fair amount of traffic in Oct and Nov.

heres dec

so telling by Nov then Dec does my site seem to generate more traffic.

November generated a lot of traffic compared to Oct and Sept, and Dec isn't even over yet, but wait til the end of the month.

whats the difference between

hits and visits

spence 12-06-2004 04:02 PM

A hit is every time the webserver is pinged with a request. A single visit could represent any number of hits depending on how the site was constructed and how long the visitor stayed.

November was the quietest month in over a year - wonder if BF was on vacation again :)
