has any body had any luck with the spro swimming jig it looks like a good sandeel look alike and a good albie or bone tin

yeah, tried one for bft off the cape this past year. it sucked. i hated it's swimming. i like maria jigs or crippled herring better. or plastics. that's my opinion on it.

Regular Spro gets a thumbs up
the swimming one has a smaller hook/weight ratio and looks silly, they are $$$ I like $1 smiling bills in white or black....

I have to say...they suck too. They break easy and don't cast that great. Which is weird because I LOVE almost everything SPRO makes. Their other stuff is excellent . I did catch a spanish mac on that swimming jig but the eyes fell out and half the body broke.

I would get a megabait jig.
