Nice work Larry .. I borrowed Hahns jointed looks like those .. top one kinda looks like lefty ..nice ..

capesams 11-26-2004 05:43 PM

I like those beadie eye's on the zaragossa's...kinda reminds me of rats without legs,,when your walking down a jetty at nite an all u see are glowing eye's with hair around them.

If you look at flap's plug thread, that johnr just brought back to life,,,you'll see a gibbs shaped just the the zaragossa's ,but with only a single hook on the belly in a mack paint job.

nice work BF..how r you weighting the jointed one's?

Karl F 11-26-2004 06:55 PM

First Rate BF... all great suff, and yup CS, them eyes on the spooks, is spooooky

I looked through that whole thread the other night, amazing how many incarnations of that basic shape were out there years ago.
Kind of like needles.... only so many shapes out there, just different variations of same, and different weighting.....

So, when can I buy some shares in the BigFish Plug Co. ????

BigFish 11-26-2004 07:02 PM

Thanks Karl...there will be a public offering of shares later in the week!:smash: Just really enjoying myself with this. As for making any money at it....:laughs: I have given away almost every plug I have made.....and fished only a few of them myself. Can't beat the fun and the cameraderie though....you guys are all great and that is worth it all.;)

Capesams...no weight in the jointeds.;)

Karl F 11-26-2004 07:11 PM

Well keep turning Larry... I won't Ho you, but when I get caught up on the ones I'm committed to do, you and I will have to have a "horse tradin'" session. Although... that yellow over white spook with the red chin and the spooky eye's is callin' to me ;) ;)

BigFish 11-26-2004 07:18 PM

What choo got to trade?

Karl F 11-26-2004 07:31 PM

nothin right at the minute, all of mine, that I have left, are used, not minty fresh :D

I'll be getting caught up soon, I hope...
I'll be in touch:wid:

MikeTLive 11-26-2004 09:28 PM

Those zaragossas are what I had in mind with my latest turn that I showed you at MSBA.
