Wheeler Spooks
 

I was wondering if any of you guys had or know of a wheeler spook. I have been told they were once very effective lures and would like to try and make some.

I've had it described to me as well. Still have yet to find one or to see one. The old timer I talked to swore by it.... Only has one left, all rusted out....
