Quick Question
 

I know this probably sounds stupid, but what part of the deer meat do you guys use to make sausage out of? My buddy got a deer and gave me almost all of the meat.

The worst parts are for hamburger and sausage.
Front shoulders, I use the flank and neck also and any scraps

Makes sense, most pork sausage is made from pork butt which is really pork shoulder...

:drool: pork butt...aaarrrrggggghhhhh...
