They hold back so many rods and then if they are out they refund full purchase back.

I am sorry but this is geting to be a joke to a few guys that have left PMs and cancled or posponed the times no less than 8 times so I am pulling the rods am going to hold them till spring.
All those guys that have commited to a time I will be there any one else sorry.
