Just emailed Epson and they got back to me in an hour yesterday about why no printer appears in my control panel even though I loaded the program three times. They showed me how to access S

Services and Applications and then Services. Clicked on print spooler and started the application. The spooler worked when I reformatted the computor but it and any display in the control panel area that shows I had a printer loaded dropped out of sight for some reason. Anyway it took me twice going into services and applying the config and I printed out an order form just fine. Merry Christmas
