I tried turning a Danny on a metalworking lathe tonight, and it seems to have come out OK, except for the grease that wound up on it after cutting it from the stock. Hopefully the photo comes out. I will try again tomorrow after I clean some of the grease and oil from the machines. BTW, thanks for the how-to Jigman, that was my inspiration to try this out. Not to mention all the other works of art I've seen posted. Thanks for everything folks!

Looks like you are off to a great start. Shape looks :kewl: You probably want to switch the weight and hook locations. Hook should be up front cause that is where the striper will hit it. The weight on a danny is best in the center of the plug. Gives it that nice snake like action. Up closer to the nose will give it more of a wobble and much more roll. Course, you might test it out like you have it and find that is the action you are after. Ahh, the fun of experimenting :D
