People will say that the answer to the Colt's/Peyton Manning's off-season prayers will be a revamped defense, but...

In 2003 for the Colts #1 recieving connection,Mannin and Harrison, the combined cap # was $23.1 Million, compared to the Patriots Brady and Troy Brown cap # of $5.8Million, the $17 million dollar difference alone could have funded a new Defensive line for the Colts.

Exact #'s for 2004 aren't available but Harrison just signed a $67Million new contract so Indy is probably in very tough shape when it comes to getting some new bodies.
