Getting ready for tax time
 

I know you all want to hear that but I was wondering if you had a person help you through out the year and didnt pay him but his name is on a few things cc for gas etc! can he be consdered an employee or just someone who is kind enough to help you get started.:confused:

If you didn't pay him its odds on that he isn't an employee. But, just out fo curiosity, why do you ask?

I have a corporate american express so I got him a card so he could gas cars with out me being there he really is a good friend;) so she says I should have nothing with his name on it.

Well,
it could be a problem if you start paying him and want to treat him as an independant contractor, rather than as an employee. But as long as you're not paying him there shouldn't be an issue.
