Streak Continues

Keeper a month streak is alive and well. What a great day to get back on the water after a 3 week freeze, beautiful weather and the big fish were biting. What a fight this football gave me on 10lb line and my usual 6-1/2 foot freshwater bass stick.http://www.ledgerunnerbaits.com/bob33.jpg

This picture doesn't even do justice to this 36-38 inch fish, which if my scale was correct was over 30 lbs, it was one of the fatest fish that length I've seen in a while. 55 degrees and over 50 fish with several large, tomorrow eagles for diner and this weekend's complete:). Patrick, sorry you had to paint today and couldn't join me, soon I will get you out.

Does that fish look bright, or is it just the sun shining on it?
Looks like a new arrival, not a holdover...
