delivering just a teaser...

what do you all think are the best methods for casting a teaser out into the surf...and maybe we can discuss methods for covering the water column...
for example...an inline trolling sinker with a 36 Inch leader, How heavy would work to jig the fly along the bottom with moderate outer cape surf???
Thanks

casting egg is you want just a teaser

needle (surface and mid) and poppers are my fave plug options. the teaser screws with the pencils action, and dannys arent meant for distance.

jigs, tins, castmasters, are good ways to have em near the bottom

oh, i thought you said TASER

like christian said an casting egg for top water teaser.
egg with weighted teaser, lenght of leader determines how deep.
trolling sinkers, kastmasters ,egg sinker, ball sinker. use youre imagination. they all work.
weight depends on current though ived use 1 1/2 oz and 2 oz for cape surf.
