Sorry Kids, went out on the boat yesterday to get practiced up for Saturday doing a little cod fishing. Was quite the chilly ride out to Nahant at 7 in the AM, but after my lips thawed out I was good to go. Turned out to be a beautiful day out. We caught over 60 cod yesterday. Brought our limit home. The cod weren't as big as the previous weeks, mostly 6-10 lbs. We didn't get done till around 3:30 and called it a day. got done cleaning and filleting about 8 last night. Mom and Dad are going to be happy campers next weekend when I pull up with a huge cooler full of fish for their freezer. Talk about PAIN!!!!!!!!
