Over-rated how?
Just because he doesn't play at the same level as he did from 95-97 doesn't mean he's over-rated. Still a top 5 QB in the league.

Thats great news for Green Bay, but Brett needs a good talking to, when it comes to tossing up hail marys (or quick picks for a db) a couple times a game.

I completely agree fishsmith.....back in the day, Holmgren would let him have it after some of the plays...now it's not like that. He also hasn't had a very good defense around him lately...so I think that he feels that if he doesn't throw 3-4 TD's a game that they won't win, so some games he forces the issue.

He does NOT have the supporting cast around him like he did back then also!

They also lost two starters off their o-line to free agency. Hard to lead a team to the playoffs from your back.

Altho in the NFC, even the Niners could be an instant contender--maybe 7-9 will get you to the playoffs :laughs:
