saltys plugs catch even in the snow
Well after a morning of watching the snow fly, I decided to go out back a test some surface plugs I figured the snow was crispy enough to bounce some plugage out back .
So after many casts using all the poppers I had they worked well I hooked a Salty popper on and after 3 casts the snow erupted in a violent fashion and a chipmunk grabed onto the plug I set the hook luckly I pinned the barbs back and landed a 6.5 oz chickmunk catch and release only cause keeper chipmunks have to be 8 oz and 10 .5" long. I finally got the skunk off my back . later Link Sr.  |
