Braid for VS?

An opinions on what the best braid if for use on a VS200? Trying to decide between 30lb Fireline and 50lb Powerpro. I tried using the search feature and couldn't find much help there. Just looking for some advise that may minimize my frustrations if I try the wrong one first. Thanks. By the way, I fish mostly rocky areas if that helps.

I'd go fireline over powerpro, although I'm switching from fireline to mono this year...

I have 65 stealth on my 250........

By the way Napolean Dynamite is the funniest movie ever, If you have the dvd go to the features, then go to the trailers, and theres one were him and pedro are actually fishing for catfish...its pretty funny

I've fished both on my 200; the 50# Power Pro casts a little further but the 30# Fireline might be stronger.

Both will serve you well, just keep and eye on them when the line is new, that's when it might cough up a birdsnest.

Both braids work a lot better after you break them in a bit.
