it sure was a nice day. I went down to the water and casted some needles on my new conventional.. man it felt good.

i got an Abu Garcia 7001HS biggame and it is on a Lami SB1213M. I am not a lefty, but common sense told me that there was no logical reason to get a normal conventional reel for the limited times I will be using it. I have used right handed ones and they felt totaly awkward to me and I would have troubles imparting the action i wanted to my plugs. With this lefty, its just like I am reeling in a spinner, so I like it. :D

eben i just got a abu 7000.up til now all my surf gear has been spinning.but i want to try conventional.ive used conv for fresh water so i should be o.k.(backlash).snake
