Anyone ever replace studded felt soles on their waders?
 

I have a pair of the Orvis Silver labels with studded felt soles and I need to replace the soles because the studs are worn down. How do I get the old soles off?

Your best bet is finding a cobler, I think its a dieing trade but there are still some out there. There's a good one in FallRiver.
