Sob...

Handed the keys to Sea Shell over today. Sold her on Ebay and got a fair price. The new owners are the perfect fit for her and should enjoyer her!

Go down and see Pete Belsan and buy a handful of fishing lures for the upcoming season. That will be a good short term fix. :hihi:

Nice! I'd like to hear about your experience. I think the eBay route bodes well for many reasons, not the least of which is speed to sale.

How'd the viewing/inspection situation work out for you? Were people willing to bid sight unseen?

The ebay thing was strange. I had it on for 1 price and had lots of watches but no bids. I lowered the price 2K and was bombarded with emails and questions. The bidding ended up 2K over the first price to a local guy! The key is to put a low reserve... I did $1 over the asking price.
