Went down and tested Sunday........ Put some weights in tonight, priming tomorrow.:lasso:

Gonna have lots of stuff to play with this spring. Here's a pile of Dannies and poppers and other goodies.

The Dad Fisherman 04-05-2005 07:06 AM

Got a couple of small dannies that are ready for paint tonight and I spun up a bunch of Howdys and Spooks that I need to drill and weight tommorrow.

I scored some 2x2x42 Cedar Ballisters for $1.25 a pop so I'm becoming a spinning fool....or just a fool, the jury's still out on that. :D

Get a mask if you don't have one. That cedar dust is nasty.

It will give you a wicked headache. Nevermind what it is doing to your sinuses.

Slipknot 04-05-2005 03:37 PM

mahogany is nasty also, very fine dust. The finer it is, the farther into your lungs it can reach :yak:

Raven 04-05-2005 04:13 PM

dust masks

i've used them all...and can't stand any of them....and find that an old t-shirt tied around the back of your head by the short sleaves works awesome....and you can also have one of those cheapo hospital masks underneath as well. I do alot of sanding and cutting of plaster with diamond blades (and have no problems....) doing remodeling jobs. that dust clogs your facial pores too and a t-shirt covers your whole face not just your nose and mouth. make sure you tuck it in the shirt your wearing though for safety. :btu:
