Anybody hear anything substantial on the new Calcutta 400TE series reals (http://128.241.205.103/vbulletin/ima...ilies/nono.gif no honey, I'm not buying one :( ) like how much it costs, when it will be available, how many first born children will not go to University because daddy bought another reel :rolleyes:

Supposed to be a nice improvement, which over an incredible real would be interesting to see...

$360. From the looks of it, probably not worth the upgrade if you already own a regular 400. If you're considering one over the other as an original purchase, the question is whether the improvements are worth the extra $160.

About the only obvious visible difference I was able to see is, the TE has a lever free spool clutch rather than the thumbar on the regular 400.
