Im pretty sure all you'll need is a chair with a high back and tall legs. You tie their legs so they are free slightly below the knee. You then place their feet in a large wash basin. Then you fill with cobble, then quick set concrete. Tap the sides of the wash basin, to remove any trapped air bubbles, you should be good to go, by the time the recipient regains conscious... :hee:

Too much work if you ask me.. in the old country they just give out neckties :angel:
