I plan on starting the 16th of may after all
my chores are complete. then it is all about
fishing until the end of November. and some
pool maintenance and lawn mowing but I try
to get my kids to do that

Well finally broke the ice (figuratively) and went down to the Lower Conn. this weekend. I was using small storm shads and got nada. When I got back to the park n' fish area a group of guys was getting them on sandworms off the pier, 17"-22". I was in serious need of a de-skunking, so I ran to the tackle shop, and they were closed. :wall: But on the bright side, it was a glorious weekend, got some great pics and my first sunburn of the season. Let the games begin!

Felt the tug of a line this weekend

Was down in Florida for a wedding this weekend, of course I had to take a charter on Sunday. Tarpon still weren't in due to some cold :bc: (to them) weather. Had a sweet day though caught a bunch of trout, ladyfish, reds and a summer flounder for good measure. I also managed to cultivate a sweet redneck look.
Still have a couple more weeks before action will start up north where I am, I got to get my ass in gear on the boat. :uhuh:

When my school ends after May 16th, I will be heading out. Then I am able to move my Muay Thai training in the morning and work out during the day and fish at night. But I got to take a course this summer to make up for my course that I failed last year.
