Air brush question-

I was painting yesterday and noticed i was getting a pulsating spray action from my brush every 10-15 sec. No spitting of paint but a slow down in the spray. Brush is clean, needle is not bent, and the compressor is working steady.
Any ideas on why this is happening:huh:

paint may not be mixed enough....thick/thin in your container. happens in r-cans when not mixed enough.

you have an air/vacume leak between the paint supply and the tip.
make sure the tip is tight and the cup is tight to the gun.

if you have one of those single cylinder tankless compressors? the're prone to pulses of air pressure. an extra length of hose will fix that.

hmm, now that i think about it you probly have a jar that the air relief hole is plugged up. little tiny pin hole in the top of the jar.

Thanks CS and FF. I think your both right as i stored the paint in the blast cap vials and while i plug the air hole when stored, could be they are clogging and a little thick. Also will add an extra piece of hose i have. Thanks again.:)
