herring regs

I thought the herring regs didnt change from last year 24 fish limit. I picked up the new abstract today and it says 12 fish limit. I guess thats the truth. Seems like many at some of the runs are still using the 24 fish limit. When did they change this?

Mass or Rhody? Pretty sure Mass has been 12 for awhile. :cool:

The abstact says you cannot take more than 12 in any 24 hour period with no taking of fish on SUN,MON and TUES. Last year you could take 24.
