Loose reel seat?

I have a freshwater St. Croix rod that i love and the reel seat came loose last year and i cant seem to get it tight again. Its too nice of a rod to have duct tape on it. How can i re-glue the reel seat? Can i do it without taking off the cork, im afraid i will destroy it if i remove the cork. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thin fast set epoxy and a syringe

I'd try heating up some epoxy(to help it flow) and pour it down between the seat and the blank if possible. If you cant get it in that way, drill a small hole in the seat(careful not to hit the blank) and shoot some in with a syringe.
