exactly the way the old man made his..cotter pin's..clevis...soldered top's on the gromet's/pin's...sliding weight on the inside....not recomended for the virgin builder.

Freak..Mac has all the insider info.now ;) I got one of the early blue one's. had spun up bodies awhile back but was scratchin my head as to how the heck did they do that till I used my x-ray vision to finger it out....can u solder sst :confused:

one tough sob to make hardware wise...good luck! :uhuh:

Karl..no advantage at all to the old way as far as the hardware..I'll wire a few up using the reg. way of doing it.....should swim much better,,these were a big hit on MV back in "48". and do catch fish.
