i got a 9ft 1-4oz rod and abu trophy 6500 for plugging canal and beaches what lb test and brand of braid would be good for this set up

Power Pro will not groove fuji guides . It might damage other brands but I have not seen it.
The only problems I see it the cheap quality tips on a few rods.

We advise the tip to be changed to either Fuji SiC or Alconite if using braid. We even offer to changed itbefore it goes out the door.
