Minneapolis Help
 

Folks - I was hoping to get some help from my friends here on S-B. I am close to being offered a pretty nice management job in the Minneapolis area, but know nothing about Minnesota. Does anyone know anything about the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and Minnesota in general? Is it a good place for a young family to raise kids? Crime rates? Cost of living? Etc.

I'd hate to uproot everything here in striped bass heaven only to be unhappy and disappointed. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
