Frustrated on Boston Harbor

I'm new to boat fishing in the harbor. Lately I've been going out and getting the skunk. Don't know what I'm doing wrong, marked plenty of fish on the fish finder. Cruising around the islands, using wild-eye storm shads, yozuri plugs, diamond jigs and occasionally chunking. Without any luck. I was hoping some of you on here might have some tips or advice. Any help would be appreciated as I am still learning.
