You would think the two of them were related, but they arent!

Went out to Westport last night... not a bass in sight.. but blooooooooooooofish everywhere... We were there 45 mins and had to leave because over the course of the day I contracted a SEVERE case of stomach cramps. It started about 9 am and came and went all day and decided to wait till I got in the boat to REALLY bring the pain The only thing I can pinpoint is I ate a little debbie (or something like that) cheese danish at the T Station...

anyway.. I was feeling a bit better when I got home so I went to Westport.
As soon as we got in the boat.... PAIN.. intensifiying as the minutes passed.. Not even breaking bloooooofish could heal me.... I was lying in the boat all icky like and told my uncle it was time to go.. I couldnt sit stand or do anything the pain was so bad...

So he took me to the emergency room...45 excruciating minutes away.

Get there... Noone there! I am first in line!
Take me in take my blood.. tests tests tests... I have 17000 white blood cells when high end of normal is 11k...fun fun

They make me drink like a quart of this foul brew for the cat scan... and in an anticlimatic moment...45 mins after doing so, after 14 hours of pain, I vomit... continouosly.... till I am empty... NO MORE PAIN

Cat scan was sorta normal... said the image was kinda light and wondered if I drank all the brew... :rollem: They let me go home at like 1am..

My uncle calls this morning to see how I am doing... Tell him I am fine.. He calls me some choice words and asks if I am ready to head back out...

Ive been fine since, though my wife was annoyed I made her drive me to wareham to get my setup at M+D's...

So.. anyway...... dont eat prepackaged cheese danishes, and ... the blooooooofish are in westport.

those friggan little danishes are some nasty NASTY stuff....
i remember eating one and it was so darn DRY even coffee didnt help...
they have so many preservatives in them its mental...
better to buy a loaf of pepperage farm raisen bread....

I had a pretty nasty fart attack myself the other day. Glad your better.

There has been a nasty stomach bug going around the past couple of weeks.
I was laid out on Memorial Day weekend with a bad case. I thought it was something I ate, but everyone was eating the same thing, and only I got ill.
I was up most of the night, until i yakked, and they I was able to sleep.
The stomach pains were intense. Luckily I was back to normal by Tuesday.
I hated it more, because it killed any chance of fishing that weekend.

hrmmm.. maybe it WASNT the danish...

ive been ok since... but felt *twinges* of something everytime I ate ANYTHING since... Ive kept it really light till this morning...

I went all out at breakfast.. If I am still sick, I want to know it now.


I still wont eat those danishes again

Jackasses at the ramp tho, love those guys workin on the bridge all they do is take their two boats out to the barge to fish!!!!
