fishing question

a little background first. i do alot of fishing off fairhaven and new bedford and always catch something or at least have some swirls at my plug or whatever i am fishing with. also i work in plymouth and get to do some fishing during my lunch break but never get anything. during lunch i can be anywhere from marshfield to south plymouth. is it that there are less fish that way or should i try something diffrent(bait plugs swimmers)? :spin:
